Some of our brands are Knorr Professional, Hellmann´s , Fruco , Lizano , Carte D´ Or & The Vegetarian Butcher , and we are looking for a Regional Brand and Innovation Coordinator to join the NOLA UFS Marketing Team .

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Innovation coordinator role will support senior NOLA manager , to develop Mexico and Middle Americas ( Colombia & CAM) foods categories , in terms of product , communication & portfolio strategy . The successful candidate will need to demonstrate high levels of passion , creativity , an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills. The role will have exposure with Latam Leadership Board and global marketing team . He/She will report directly to NOLA Marketing Innovation Manager , who in turn reports to Latam Marketing D irector .

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Support senior manager in executing the strategic vision for UFS growth in the short and long term.

Gather relevant information and analyze market data (syndicated data, competitive intelligence, and consumer research) to identify emerging trends, consumer needs and/or behaviors that provide insights leading to product, concept and packaging innovation

Develop and deliver new products upon full-funnel marketing objectives with a profitable BC

Project management: leading, inspiring, and driving teams, often virtually and remotely, to go above and beyond to ensure on-time and in full delivery.

Work closely with the Global and LATAM teams to enable development and deployment from/to other markets

Work closely with our culinary team, key account management and consumer insights to oversee the identification, development, and production of new products responding to our target operator group needs

Be accountable for the analysis of the product launches

Oversee project/brand budget

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing , Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-4 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in a B2B environment

Experience in managing innovation projects, brand tracking and 6P performance analysis is a must

Successfully execute plans and projects within a matrix organization structure.

Managing workload and leading multifunctional teams (will be running two or three complex projects at any one time)

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups to influence decision-making.

Persuades others and gain support and commitment from peers and others, mobilizes others to act.

Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available

Proficient in English, written and verbal communication skills

Computer, esp. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
