ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Innovation coordinator role willsupportsenior NOLA manager, to develop MexicoandMiddle Americas (Colombia & CAM) foods categories, in terms of product, communication & portfolio strategy. The successful candidate willneed to demonstrate high levels of passion, creativity, anentrepreneurialspiritandstronginterpersonal skills. The role willhaveexposurewith Latam Leadership Board and global marketing team. He/She willreportdirectlyto NOLA Marketing Innovation Manager, who in turnreports to Latam Marketing Director.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support senior manager in executing the strategic vision for UFS growth in the short and long term. 

  • Gather relevant information and analyze market data (syndicated data, competitive intelligence, and consumer research) to identify emerging trends, consumer needs and/or behaviors that provide insights leading to product, concept and packaging innovation

  • Develop and deliver new products upon full-funnel marketing objectiveswith a profitable BC

  • Project management: leading, inspiring, and driving teams, often virtually and remotely, to go above and beyond to ensure on-time and in full delivery.

  • Work closely with the Global and LATAM teams to enable development and deployment from/to other markets

  • Work closely with our culinary team, key account management and consumer insights to oversee the identification, development, and production of new products responding to our target operator group needs

  • Be accountable for the analysis of the product launches

  • Oversee project/brand budget

WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in a B2B environment 

  • Experience in managing innovation projects, brand tracking and 6P performance analysis is a must

  • Successfully execute plans and projects within a matrix organization structure.

  • Managing workload and leading multifunctional teams (will be running two or three complex projects at any one time)

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups to influence decision-making.

  • Persuades others and gain support and commitment from peers and others, mobilizes others to act.

  • Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available 

  • Proficient in English, written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer, esp. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
