About this opportunity

AsBrand Experience Analyst t you will apply your creative and analytical talent to dream-up, create, test and tune amazing partnerships (B2B and B2B2C) marketing programs and plans greatly designed to drive growth, utilization and adoption of Invisalign among doctors and clinics thru partnerships.

In this role, you will…

  • Develop marketing initiatives and strategies with partners focused on driving growth, utilization and adoption of Align’s product.
  • Lead and develop both traditional and digital marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams including Consumer Marketing, Clinical Education and Business Development to leverage all Invisalign and iTero revenue within an overarching marketing plan that fits our partners needs as well as Align´s growth strategy
  • Coordinate all partnerships initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional team to establish and maintain scoring requirements, sales acceptance of leads, conversion metrics, and demand to meet revenue objectives through channel programs.
  • Understand each partnership flow of leads from top of the funnel through conversion.
  • Establish and/or evolve reporting tools to improve Align + Partners sales & marketing processes optimizing programs, activities, database, and budget control.
  • Deal with creative agency to adapt/create promo materials according to local regulation rules
  • Benchmark and adapt best practices from other countries ensuring right governance to achieve objectives
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and Marketing trends
  • Develop sales & marketing playbooks to standardize partnership programs
  • Support sales team with appropriate materials fostering brand adoption
  • Control of budget and contracts related to all “Enterprise” and “DSO” (Dental Service Organization) marketing initiatives.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant roles within marketing or commercial management
  • Marketing career from FMCG healthcare industry, pharmaceutical or medical devices.
  • Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization in a fast pace environment
  • Previous sales or trade experience is a plus
  • Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details
  • Highly Hands on and autonomous profile
  • Analytical skill
  • Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment
  • Client focused and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective communication
  • Fast learner (clinical, regulation, environments, etc)
  • Degree in Business related areas
  • English spoken and written communication skill is mandatory.
  • Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
