Our Team:

Responsible for steer and execute the marketing strategy for Pulmonarom and Neomelubrina (OTx Brands) on his charge to deliver business objectives.HCP brand Assistant is accountable of all aspects of the brand, such as market share, budget control, Brand equity and Sales.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of strategies and activities for the Brand (s) in charge based on the strategic direction, the market situation and resources of the company. Understanding of consumer/client journey and develop activation plan accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, investment promotion and profitability of their (s) brand (s) each month, SKU and by product line, by type of channel and customer, as well as checking inventory levels the company and every client.
  • It is responsible for developing and monitoring the sales forecast for each of its brands, considering the market potential, financial goals, the earnings of the company and product availability.
  • Get business insights through visits to customers and retail outlets nation wide
  • Proposes new product concepts and suggest ideas that could enhance the creative process and add value.
  • Based on the available information, it makes recommendations on the development of new products (ie product improvements or new developments) that reflect the needs of the consumer and / or customer.

About you

  • Experience: : Have been in HCP (medical) marketing or multichannel engagement at least for 2 years
  •  Soft skills: Marketing intelligence, financial skills, creative communication process, budget control, and supplier’s negotiation skills.
  • Technical skills: Marketing experience in the health care industry
  • Education: Bachelors Degree Marketing.
  • Languages: Fluent English
