Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

SoCo MBS Buffer Analyst will play a key role in the SoCo’s Cost Management GBS team. This role is responsible for generating a Financial Planning world class Global Business Service (GBS) for LATAM. Responsible of the COGS forecasting and planning process, reporting and results presentation, manufacturing analyses, productivity tracking and generating efficiencies. Also this role will interact with OUs FP&A, SCF and local teams to deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

Your Impact

As Buffer Analyst SoCo your functions would consist of

  • Deliver monthly budget act/fcst
  • Review Opex and Total SoCo Opex actuals during pre-close/close with Functions; deliver LE & flash submission to functions highlighting main deviations and R&O;
  • Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast
  • Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc
  • Support the planning, implementation and development the COGS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
  • Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements
  • Key point of contact of FP&A team
  • Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values
  • Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

  • 2 Years of experience
  • Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
  • Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
  • Language: Spanish / English fluent
  • Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
