We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Administration & Operational Manager. The role require knowledge about the key HBMX procedures and commercial activities, especifically in Wholesale activities.

Responsabilities:

• Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Including project Implementation

• Manage high quality, timely and accurate information, analysis and Reporting to support our Governance forums and committees

• Evaluate and analyse management information relating to external service providers of their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured

• Participate and support in business and operational planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning

• Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback

  Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance

• Engage with DBS/ Operational Teams & Support Functions in order to improve the support provided, reduce costs and improve response time
