Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented Business Finance Specialist .

The position :

You will work as a Business Partner of Commercial and Support areas to create value and maximize its resource allocation by providing analytical support, intelligently challenging the status quo, and simplifying outcomes.

The role is also responsible for monthly variance analysis accompanying deep commentary and assessment of risks and opportunities and supports financial processes

Responsibilities :

• Partnering with Business areas to support on analytics, strategic guidance, and decision-making process.
• Improve profitability & resource allocation mindset towards business priorities.
• Coordinates the digitalization agenda looking for automatization opportunities, improving working files and Power BI developments.
• Support proactively the annual budgeting process (AB) and rolling estimates (RE) ensuring high quality data and alignment to the strategies & business goals through a deep understanding of business drivers, risk and opportunities.
• Support financial processes such as month closing, monthly estimates, commentary process, BRM.

Requirements :

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Math
• 2 - 3 Years in the pharmaceutical Industry, desirable working in Financial planning commercial related roles
• Excel advanced is required.
• Previous experience working with SAP
• Intermediate-advanced level of English is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
