The Financial Business Specialist is the Finance Business Partner for the Mexico Distribution Center. This role encompasses finance controlling, performance measurement, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Success in this role will require business partnering, building, and establishing strong relationships with Front office, GSC and finance team. Key Duties include the following: Full ownership of: · Business partnering with the stakeholders in operations and commercial teams · Lead quarterly forecast process · Drive productivity initiatives along with inventory controls (inventory reevaluation, excess & obsolete provision, and margin on inventory) · Strong interlock with the front office on sales volume · Lead month-end close processes · Ensure Internal Controls and adequate accounting practices are in place · Lead and contribute to transversal initiatives and support the business in ad hoc requests resolution
