Mission.
Develop a solid strategy to maintain the growth of the service department with its respective support areas, complying with the goals established by the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) Business Line. Maintain the level of profits, taking care of the profit margin and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities.
• Establish area strategies according to established growth goals.
• Evaluate staff performance and follow up on training programs.
• Generate annual and quarterly goals together with General Management (GG) and Comptroller (BC), and from these, generate branch and individual goals for each After-Sales Service Advisor (CTS).
• Monitor expenses and results to maintain efficiency in accordance with group policy.
• Prepare monthly results reports and strategies to ensure the growth of the area, as well as prepare presentations for the Business Review Meeting (BRM), Country Review Meeting (CRM) of the department's results, according to the schedule of said meetings.
• Keep the department informed of the achievement of results in the area, as well as establish a monitoring and action plan to achieve said goals.
• Control and report the warranty costs of the three Business Lines to the headquarters.
• Attend and support the resolution of all failing grades in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports, and ensure that such negative grades do not occur again.
• Identify and evaluate the inherent risks of your area, communicate to staff, and implement appropriate measures to prevent illnesses and accidents.
• Identify significant environmental aspects and impacts of your area, communicate to staff and implement actions to achieve environmental objectives and goals.
• Comply with the Comprehensive Management System (Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment) and ensure compliance of the personnel under its charge.
Academic background
• Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar.
Experience
• 5 years of experience in the After-Sales Service area or in a similar position.
Knowledge requirements
• Technical knowledge of compressed air equipment.
• Knowledge of finances.
• Advanced English.
