Business Solution Architect

We are currently searching for a Business Solution Architect :

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, IT leads, and developers to ensure alignment and delivery of features focusing on member experience.
• Utilize Solution Architect experience to design and implement solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prioritize member experience domain, ensuring features enhance overall satisfaction and usability.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams involved in feature delivery.
• Leverage technical expertise to integrate systems using REST and SOAP protocols , ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Utilize Azure cloud services in conjunction with Spring Boot and Kafka to develop and deploy solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Domain expertise in Healthcare or adjacent domains like Insurance or Retail , with a focus on member experience.
• Proven experience delivering features, encompassing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and teams.
• Solution architect experience to design robust and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services , coupled with experience in Spring Boot and Kafka .
• Integration experience with both REST and SOAP protocols , enabling smooth data exchange between systems.

Desired:

• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms and technologies beyond Azure .
• Experience in implementing innovative solutions to enhance member experience.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare or related domains.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies such as Agile or DevOps .
• Certification or training in relevant technologies or domains.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
