FUNCTION: IT

LOCATION: Monterrey

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for Supporting Global Leaf/Agri Operations function, with geographical focus on MX/AME from business assessment, project delivery and service level agreements monitoring.

Reports to: Operations Senior Business Analyst.

Geographic Scope: Mexico and America.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Cooperate with customer, business, and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to capture digital tools + data & analytics business requirements, validate and detail them.
• Explain the customer and business need to the immediate team and collaborate optimally with them to break down sophisticated pieces of work into smaller result pieces of value for Digital / D&A use cases; work with the team to write user stories and acceptance tests, provide direction on short-term tasks/near-term priorities.
• Support Strategic Project IT Delivery leads in project roadmap creation and project execution including reporting, supporting all phases of the project.
• Analyses and reviews Application Landscape.
• Maintains the regular performance review process with both the IT Customer and Service Provider which covers:
  • Review outstanding actions from previous Reviews.
  • Current Performance.
  •  Capacity planning
  • Business release management, patch management and audit requirements
  • Cooperate with appropriate actions to maintain / improve Service Levels.
• With the support the DevSecOps Managers, lead successful end-to-end delivery of Strategic Project D&A deployments, prioritizing work and making appropriate trade-offs.
• Communicate progress, proactively handle risks and issues, bringing up where vital.
• Coordinates and support troubleshoot.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
• 9 to 12 years of work experience related to the management of Business-facing IT experience or engagement in IT projects in a global and multifaceted environment.
• Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand Group’s operating model, the implications actions in one area have on other functions; ability to support and encourage organizational change.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and DevOps.
