Organize, coordinate, supervise and improve the laboratory calibration operations within Rexroth plant to ensure efficient services are provided to its customers. Collect and reports relevant indicators as part of the operation and monitoring for continuous improvement strategy.

We are looking for a talent like you

  • Establish processes and procedures to ensure safety and quality guidelines and principles are implemented within the department and activities performed within the areas.
     Document gage/IMT equipment management processes/procedures within the department and areas of influence, to comply with normative, customer and Rexroth requirements and directives.
     Document calibration methods and procedures for gages/IMT and equipment for the different manufacturing operations that are considered within the scope for the annual/monthly calibration planning.
     Provide appropriate training for the lab department staff, to ensure the team provides excellent and efficient services
    to external and internal customers.
     Establish, maintain and update quality training matrix for department technical staff.
     Procure that the calibration laboratories/areas are equipped and enabled to provide reliable measurement, inspection and calibration services, and testing devices when documented as part of the manufacturing operations.
     Internal auditing for quality systems such as ISO/IEC17025, ISO9001.
     Procure supplier base for external services such as calibrations, testing, tools, fixturing, equipment and gage purchasing, and its evaluations/auditing.
     Efficient communication within the department and inter departmental within the organization.
     Coordinate and supervise calibration and gage management activities within the organization (internal and external)
     Reporting of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and process continuous improvement.
     Support manufacturing, operations, and quality processes/functions for defining appropriate measurement strategy for inspection or testing.


 Laboratory calibration experience (3+ years)
 Calibration of gages and IMT (Inspection Measurement Tools) equipment (digital indicators, height gages, torque
drivers/transducers, pressure and flow sensors, load cells, etc.)
 Measurement, inspection and testing equipment calibration procedures and methods development/understanding
(manufacturer, standard, internal)
 ISO/IEC17025, ISO9001 internal auditor (preferred)
 MSA, SPC
 Manufacturing environment in a high-volume process
 SAP/ERP systems
 Quality principles/basics
 University education (mechanical, industrial background desired)
