We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Car Leader, based in Nova, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division). 

As Car Leader, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering Manager.

Your Task will be

• Develop the plan based on the key dates of the program and the client, in coordination with the different functions.
• Coordinate the actions of the multifunctional team in the plant to meet the requirements and ensure the successful execution of each construction phase with the client, from the initial phase to the launch and engineering changes.
• Be the contact and representative of the manufacturing plant with the "Lead Unit" and the Program Manager.
• Coordinate the execution of product engineering activities, from the receipt of design information to the generation of technical information for manufacturing and its release.
• Manage information and resources to ensure that the plant team installs and releases a manufacturing system.
• Develop appropriate methods, work instructions and visual aids for the manufacturing method to ensure quality, output and efficiency of the production system.
• Manage, review, monitor and control that investments and expenses for the launch of new programs and the implementation of engineering changes are within budget.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

• Bachelor's/Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience preferably in the area (required)
• English proficient
• Proactive, organized, teamwork.
• Management of MS-Office computer equipment,
• Schedule availability
• Negotiation skills
• Experience with Stellantis and GM programs (must)
