DirecciónSunset Transportation is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Carrier Sales Representative with experience covering US and Mexico freight to join our team in Queretaro! You will be joining one of the fastest-growing business units in the company. As a Carrier Sales Representative you will broker Sunset customer freight, while working with the Carrier Sales group to provide the highest quality of customer service in the transportation industry. This is a fast-paced, high volume work environment that will require the use of strong computer skills, matching customer freight with available carrier equipment, building carrier relationships and negotiating rates. The rewards for the Carrier Sales group are significant, so you will want to hit the ground running and we will empower you with the ability to make critical, time-sensitive decisions in a capacity driven market to determine how much more money you will make than you are today.

What Will You Do?
Broker shipments for a variety of Sunset Customers in the US and Mexico
Take responsibility for any shipment you book from start to finish
Ensure on time pick up, delivery and superior customer service
Build relationships with US carriers
Negotiate freight to win
Maintain updated and current records of accounts through our TMS (McLeod)
Collaborate with your team to solve problems
Bring to Work Everyday
Positive attitude
2+ Carrier Sales/Freight Brokerage Experience
English Fluency
MS Office, Windows, and basic business software knowledge
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Open, honest, and professional communication abilities
