Be calm and focused.The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:Client communication via phone, text, and emailScheduling medical appointments for clientsMaintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case ManagerCommunicating case status to clientsDrafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documentsThis position is very busy, legal assistants can spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, andcourt personnel.
