What are we looking for?
- To define, implement and execute the category business development/growth tactics for the category.
- To develop merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve Category sales growth.
- Enhance shopper experience, planogram strategy and supporting consistent execution of POS.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the Category Alligned Business and co-creation of Category Strategy for customer's businesses.
- Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
- Works closely with customers to define the consumer experience and merchandising strategy.
- Define the mars path-to-purchase for diverse adviserships and category partnerships with retailers.
- Reporting, Analysis and KPI's presentation building and analysis for all current advisorships.
