In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team at Colgate. Our highly upbeat and focused Team, is dedicated to recruiting top talent for Colgate Palmolive. Our Talent Acquisition Partners are recruiting advisors responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the hiring process. This person will provide strategic, design, and consultative services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners and ensure both candidates/applicants and employees have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process.


What you will do


  • You will manage end-to-end recruiting process ensuring superior candidate experience
  • Aggregate evaluation feedback through candidate debrief meetings for the final hiring decision
  • Interface with third-party staffing agencies as required


You connect the dots:


It is crucial to have a pulse on the big picture to identify areas of opportunity for Talent Acquisition. You also conduct intake/kick off meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open positions as well as conduct resume review and phone screens for all candidates, connecting top candidates with hiring managers for the role.
You will manage the end-to-end TA process ensuring superior candidate experience. You are able to assess talent and recommend a candidate slate to the Hiring Manager. You are able to aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for the final hiring decision.


You are a collaborator:


You serve as the primary interface, managing relationships with key business human resources partners, the Talent Aquisition center of HR excellence (COHRE), hiring managers and active candidates. These relationships thrive on mutual trust and integrity to achieve deliverables and execute.


You are an innovator:

You will look for opportunities to improve and seek creative solutions. Your ability to adapt and adjust the strategy working with the COHRE to refine and implement TA strategies and processes to ultimately incorporate learning into the future strategy.


You are curious:

It's Important to understand business trends in each account through fact-based analysis. You are able to problem solve difficult searches and understand the market to help with offer negotiations.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of related recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to source, attract and select candidates
  • English advanced proficiency
  • Experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with a wide variety of skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
  • Ability to partner with, advise, and influence candidates in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a search firm / agency.
  • Portuguese advanced proficiency


Desired experience recruiting for LatinAmerica and/ or knowledge of LATAM talent market and stakeholder management in the region.
