Job Description

Administration employee benefits. S/he is also responsible for documentation management, version control, and making and implementing changes for the institutional benefits and compensation Policies. Coordinate and execute internal HR communication, compensation & benefits monthly communication plan. Coordinate annual ferias events (travels & benefits).

Main Responsibilities

  1. Skandia Portal:
    • Cuenta Retiro y Cuenta Ahorrar employee databases
    • Retirees Settlement transfer to Sub account Cuenta Ahorrar
    • Cuenta ahorrar loan approval & reporting /monitoring insufficiency cases.
  2. Monthly tracking for scheduled salaries increases.
  3. Car bonus tracking
  4. Support & implement compensation salary proposals.
  5. Execute monthly internal communication & benefit plan (Insurance, Cuenta retiro, Cuenta ahorrar, others).
  6. Coordinate with treasury Investments Committee plan agenda.
  7. Mercer Annual Compensation Survey.

Position Challenges

Promote & ensure 100% compliance in compensation & benefits process.

Qualifications

  • 100% English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Academic Background: Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in Human Resources.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills, understanding of learning technology platforms, SSFF.
  • Integrity, determination, creativity, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, willingness to learn.
