In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide visibility to the Business Units of the Funnel based on quality and status of the main opportunities by Period and Quarter within her territory.
- Own monthly POR commitments within her territory through constant collaboration with the Sales Force, and the management of the channels, and the Business Units.
- Implement and Follow up on corrective actions to improve sales channels performance.
- Provide constant coaching to the sales force (Representatives and Distributors)
- Lead Critical Site Reviews
- Develop and implement new strategies to penetrate industries focus and customers target through applications and effective competitive displacement.
- Support and implement territory and product strategies from the Business Units
- Ensure accounts and territory allocation compliance
- Enforce Sales Force agreements, contracts and compensation compliance
- Reach and influence C-Level at key customers
- Address and follow up customer’s complains by setting an action plan with the Operations Organization
- Support the sales force on mitigating possible roadblocks and achieving its goals
- Support the sales force during onboarding, systems access and trainings
- Support the Order Entry, Procurement, Logistics and Collections departments to effectively meet targets
- Identify and attract top talent and new sales channels
- Collaborate with the organization on adhoc requests
Requirements
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience on managing sales channels, sales force development (performance tracking, coaching, prospecting, closing, forecast, pricing), account management and new business development.
- Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
- Ability to interface with all required levels at a customer (entry level to senior executive)
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in process industries (Chemical, Mining, Power, Food & Beverage, Midstream).
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- MBA is a plus
- Sales / Commercial training is desirable
Other Requirements:
- Travel in the assigned geography – up to 75%
