Dirección Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales to oversee our Hytera product lines in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sub-dealer management, coupled with a deep understanding of the two- way radio/PoC/BWC communication industry. As a Channel Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. 1 、 Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for direct development and management of sub-dealers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
2) Identify, onboard, and manage a network of authorized sub-dealers, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
3) Negotiate and finalize sub-dealer agreements, and provide guidance and support to them to achieve sales goals.
4) Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
5) Collaborate with marketing to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
6) Drive demand generation initiatives, including product training, workshops, and seminars for sub-dealers.
7) Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape. 2 、 Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ， Master's degree is a plus.
2) Proven track record of successful sub-dealer management, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry.
3) Strong understanding of market dynamics, cultures, and business practices.
4) Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to analyze market data.
5) Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6) Fluency in English and Spanish.
7) Ability to travel frequently in Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia, and you should base in Peru/Ecuador
