Implementing / driving organizational transformation and performing change management leadership (restructuring, growth strategy, matrix organization, conflict resolution, multi-channel business, digital) RESPONSIBILITIES Cultural Orientation Define and embody the corporate culture and value mindset whilst fostering a success oriented, accountable environment within the Company Oversee / manage Group expectations associated with all business activity and businesses that the Company is engaged in Motivate and lead the management team to ensure goals, objectives and financial targets of the company are achieved Represent the company in its relationship with the shareholders, major clients, suppliers, competitors, government agencies and professional societies Develop and execute profitable growth strategy Propose, execute, and coordinate the Mexico business strategy as part of the Group / LoB / Regional ambition, including new business developments Understand and incorporate local market understanding for all LoBs into business strategy and growth objectives (e.g. markets, competitors, B-partners and C-customers) Identify emerging products, processes, and marketing ideas in all LoBs and drive customer focus Provide/ receive input on country to/ from regional level (bottom-up and top-down), for the Strategic Dialogue and Planning Dialogue process Support the sales strategy defined by the LoBs (ensure day to day implementation, provide seniority as needed on key client meetings) Provide support in the implementation of strategies and campaigns and assist with the co-ordination of any associated procedures in relation to new products, services or campaigns Manage Mexico P&L Is accountable to a Board of Directors with full P&L responsibility for the Mexico business. Ensure budgetary and financial policy adherence whilst ensuring all budgets for all functions are managed (incl. FTE) Ensure significant contribution towards the delivery of group business objectives and sales strategy which should expand and exceed the company's expectations in terms of growth.

Management of Mexico business employee Lead local AzP employees to success whilst respecting reporting lines (solid vs. dotted) especially in day-to-day business, organizing and assigning people to accomplish annual and long term goals Contribute to target setting assessment and compensation changes, fostering a success oriented, accountable environment within the Company, to ensure the goals, objectives and financial targets of the company are achieved Undertake veto right for hiring & firing Ensure communications and social policy adherence Manage team performance individually and as a group, as required to ensure KPI achievement and maintenance of professional standards Company Representation represent AzP and communicate on behalf of AzP Mexico, internally and externally with shareholders, major clients, suppliers, competitors, government agencies and professional societies with the company values and intentions in mind Oversee and control the risks of activities and businesses that the Company is engaged in Maximize benefits and share best practice with other BUs mainly in own region/zone as well as across the Group to ensure full optimization of business potential Coordinate AzP products collaboratively with AZ OEs, leverage existing contact channels between AZ OEs and AzP-LoBs and fully optimize Allianz market potential Engage in regular contact with AZ OEs and other AzP-LoBs to discuss strategic opportunities & roadmaps, as appropriate Liaise with global / regional level and foster AZP cross-selling Ensure commercial development policy adherence Compliance and Governance Enhance and embed a strong corporate governance and compliance culture across the organization Ensure business, operation and underwriting processes are fully compliant to the highest possible internal and external standards. Ensure appropriate governance, controls are in place in order to meet local compliance requirements with all associated codes and regulations in addition to meeting best practice principles of treating customers fairly Ensure strong and consistent adherence to regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the business in particular but not limited to: labour and social regulations accounting and tax regulations compliance regulations Customer / Client Management Ensure that the expected level of service is always delivered to Clients and their customers and prospects at all times Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with key stakeholders across the business Develop and maintain effective relationships that may reasonably provide future business opportunities Ensure customer complaints and comments are resolved promptly Ensure the learning outcomes resulting from customer feedback into the team is priorities. Contribute to fresh and creative ways of improving business efficiencies which will improve profitability and the overall customer experience Engage with customers and stakeholders at the highest level whilst constantly seeking new innovative routes to market to increase brand awareness and sales are generated REQUIREMENTS Extensive experience and demonstrable success in the management of medium size (200 people) organization over a sustained period.

Demonstrable experience in the B2B sales and large client management. Demonstrable experience in business development Ability to analyse and evaluate complex strategic issues Excellent interpersonal skill – ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to build mutually supportive and highly motivated teams Enthusiastic, committed approach Native proficency Spanish speaker A passion and comprehensive understanding of financials Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management Commercial orientation and entrepreneurial drive Experience in the insurance business, automobile industry, finance industry, and /or call centre industry is ideal. Business expertise and knowledge in the field of senior market related businesses as well as specialize insurance products businesses are ideal
