Key Roles And Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all finance processes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, costs, taxes, treasury, insurance, accounting and finance; also control financial transactions. Safeguard the assets of the company acting as an independent representative, protecting investment and welfare of the entity.
Lead all financial administration including business planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and result in flawless audits and compliance with the laws.
Provide the finance partnership, analytics and insights that are needed to improve business performance and optimize the financial resources of the organization.
Establish strategies for the management of Operating Working Capital, Cash Flow and Cash Conversion Cycle.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
Min 10 years' experience in financial leadership roles at multi-national company.
Fluency in English, capable to present financial results to corporate is a must.
Strong manufacturing accounting background and solid understanding of financial accounting systems in international groups.
Technical capability to prepare, review, and interpret financial and operations data/reports.
Solid working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Working knowledge of USGAAP for reporting purposes in Mexico.
Ability to detect deviations in financial processes.
Solid analytical skills, problem solving ability, understanding of the business process and systems optimization.
Consolidation process.
SAP and COPA experience.
Strong excel skills.
