About the Role
In this opportunity as a Client Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert support and resolve issues with the Legal Tracker product.
- Develop and refresh customer resources and comprehensive internal guides.
- Expertly managing and updating knowledge bases.
- Juggle and prioritize a variety of projects concurrently.
- Guarantee optimal use and successful deployment of the Legal Tracker product.
- Manage escalated product issues and technical concerns effectively.
- Advise on best practices to enhance legal department processes and initiatives.
- Ensure clear, timely, and precise client communication, both verbal and written and foster a positive connection between the client and Thomson Reuters through innovative engagement strategies.
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate legal department or law firm in an advisory role, or 2 years in a customer-facing position involving legal software.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with an e-billing/matter management system or similar SaaS solutions.
- A robust understanding of legal department dynamics and operations.
- Proficient communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of a client's organization, from staff to C-Suite.
- A proactive approach and the ability to excel within a team setting.
- A strong technical inclination, particularly towards software and data analytics.
- Self-direction in planning and executing responsibilities.
- Consultative and problem-solving abilities.
- A focus on client service and delivering tailored solutions.
- A keen sense of business and financial insight.
