Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position is part of the GL LATAM team who is responsible for providing services to Mexico, SOCO, ANDINOS and CARICAM. Its main activities are the execution of the revaluation process during the closure of several countries, processing manual records and maintaining control of provision accounts for Mexico.

Your Impact

As a Cntrl & Rpt Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Execution of Foreign Currency Revaluation for Mexico-LATAM companies
  • Integration and monitoring of Mexico accounts
  • Journal entries posting
  • Creation and monitoring of closing calendars for LATAM
  • Maintenance of accounting documents Mexico-LATAM
  • Maintenance of distribution and sub-delivery cycles Mexico-LATAM
  • GRC role approval
  • SOX control compliance
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant accounting/GL expirience.
  • Medium accounting knowledge/ability to understand and properly recognize accounting activities.
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and make decisions autonomously.
  • Effectively communicates and provides insights to cross functional teams.
  • Organized personality
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques
  • Problem Solving
