Funciones esenciales  

  • Garantizar la higiene y acomodo del área de trabajo, materiales e insumos previos a toda manipulación de alimentos. 

  • Revisar y comunicar con los prep cook “C” de las tareas asignadas por el chef a cargo/check list. 

  • Dar apoyo y/o supervisar en la preparación (misen place) asignadas. 

  • Realizar las recetas/proceso de manera cabal y disciplinada en caso de existir dudas solicitar asistencia. 

  • Realizar la preparación de alimentos durante el servicio de alimentos con pulcritud, sentido de urgencia y disciplina. 

  • Apoyar de manera activa al acomodo de todos los espacios de almacenamiento de alimentos. 

  • Revisar que los insumos se encuentren en óptimas condiciones. 

  • Tener de forma anticipada y con la calidad requerida su misen place previo al servicio de alimentos.
