In this role, you will manage and control the Reception of the sales of the representatives, in accordance with the ResRap and ensure that all cash is deposited into bank accounts in a timely manner based on company policies and procedures.A successful Collections Analyst will: Update bank statements, review, detect and record customer deposits in the system.Income Registration by customer sales.Identify Deposits and Statement Returns de cada banco.Validate and review unidentified deposits, as well as follow-up with the corresponding teams.Input and review daily policy accounting records in the SAP system.Prepare accounting record of accounts receivable and issue invoices.Provide accurate reconciliation of accounting accounts in ARCS in accordance with internal control guidelines.Ensure Collection Reconciliation with ResRap and Collection Application.Perform clearing of daily USD credit card sales and Colones AMEXCO, Visa, Master Card and Merchat.Compile accounting balance of Intercompany at the end of the month.Demonstrates a commitment to Apple Leisure Group's core values.
