Monitoring and legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities regarding the automotive industry and relationship with the Government for compliance with guidelines,
Coordination, follow-up, and negotiation of litigation in which the group companies are part, as well as contact with external lawyers in charge of them,
Legal support for special projects (ie join Ventures and spin offs),
Coordination and legal advice for the negotiation and signing of different legal documents with clients, direct relationship for legal support,
Advice and support CREM negotiations in Mexican localities.
