REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY
Proven results orientation of 15-20 years of working experience and capability in managing stakeholders , in negotiating, and persuading, as shown by:
- Commercial management experience characterized by the achievement of significant sales and i dentifying initiatives that generate revenues
- Success in gaining commitment of peers within the Management Committee and international partners to align plans and projects
- Ability to communicate with impact at all levels and to empower the organization constructively and collaboratively
Competency in leading a team with generosity in an international environment, as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization, interfacing both local and international executives and leading culturally diverse business teams
- G reat people development and motivation skills highlighted by the ability to coach and develop reports in a multicultural environment . Spanish and English are a must
Customer-orientation, sustainability mindset and online savviness as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to shape/articulate a sound and successful e-commerce strategy with regards to competitive markets and ability to utilize market knowledge and client relationships to drive insight s
- Strong entrepreneurial personality having a bold drive in the development of business opportunities on the long-term as well as being prepared to take risks
- Master local landscape and build your commercial roadmap aligned with our sustainability objectives
