Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Responsible for the oversight of Digital & Omnichannel, Business Intelligence & Salesforce effectiveness, Selling Excellence, Meeting Planning.
    • Omnichannel customer engagement strategies to enhance customer experience and support therapeutic areas and brand objectives.
    • Business Intelligence & Salesforce Effectiveness – Market Research, Salesforce Incentives, data analytics, to support business decision making. Salesforce execution KPI’s governance & dashboards.
    • Selling Excellence – Salesforce capability building.
    • Meeting Planning – HCP Related events, corporate events.
  • Lead business analytics to understand the trends and market insights necessary to make informed strategic decisions. This requires connecting with multiple stakeholders and being able to incorporate commercial knowledge from the markets with hard data.
  • Ensure cohesive and synthesized operation with Business Units and ensure alignment with Global and Local stakeholders.
  • Turn data/KPIs into real insights, which will allow the Business Units to drive meaningful performance improvement discussions.
  • In charge of implementing regional projects, and of evaluating local project proposals
  • Drives collaboration and seamless flow of information to ensure that activities are fully aligned with Business Units strategy and backed up by positive business trends.
  • Promotes a culture of relentless continuous improvement through clear lead & lag indicators and ensures Global & Regional teams have clear, accountable action plans to drive performance.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in a specialization such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International trade, or related areas.
  • Deep commercial leadership experience in, Strategy Lead, Commercial Operations, Project Management.
  • Strategic mindset, commercial trends understanding in consumer business, ideally with pharmaceutical experience.
  • Ability to influence teams via leadership and making a real impact in business.
  • Strong people agility, influencing skills and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrable evidence of multi-cultural sensitivity is an asset.
  • Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Mexico Healthcare systems.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, Marketing or Sales.
  • Financial Acumen
