Comunnity Manager

The position involves responding to messages, comments and tagged posts on behalf of our clients, as well as managing relationships with influencers.Responsibilities:

• Respond to messages, comments and tagged posts on behalf of clients.
• Engage with the community in a customer service oriented manner.
• Manage relationships with influencers, including coordinating with clients for partnerships and collaborations.
• Understand and adapt to each client's unique brand voice and tone.
• Narrow situations and direct inquiries appropriately.

*Requirements: *

• Excellent level of written English.
• Proficient in social media best practices and communication styles.
• Ability to understand and maintain different brand voices and tones.
• Experience in social media management or community management is a must.
