What We Need
We are looking for a Concierge who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.
Are you:
  • Passionate about the automotive industry?
  • A person who likes to be in contact with other people?
As the Concierge, you will be responsible for the management of preventive and corrective maintenance of one or more specific fleets as well as the generation of service scheduling, verifications, service appointments, income monitoring, and generate maintenance reports to assigned clients.
A Day in the Life
  • Follow-up to each entry of units to the workshop from the entry to the delivery of the unit.
  • Generation of service appointments and corrective maintenance, as well as telephone attention to users
  • Attention to escalations of the account or accounts
  • Generation of maintenance report to the Fleet Manager
  • Schedule of preventive services and verifications
Requirements
  • Graduated from a career related to the automotive and machinery field.
  • Technical knowledge in mechanics
  • Customer service
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Use of MS Office at a business level
  • Desirable experience in Call Center.
