Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience (Master Degree is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP
• Deeply versed in ERP finance and accounting modules
• In-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools like Hyperion, BI, TM1, etc.
• Advanced excel user—advanced pivot tables, tables, macros, etc.; capable of developing advance tools for massive data and various variables / dimensions analysis; visual basic macros highly desirable
• Able to investigate and learn new techniques for data processing
• Power BI experience a plus
• Strong forecasting and budgeting knowledge
• Cost accounting and strong finance manufacturing experience – no negotiable
• FP&A
• Manufacturing rates calculation (labor, variable and fixed)
• Standard Cost – mandatory
• Material Variances analysis
• Sales quoting.
