Expertise in these standards and handson experience with Oracle FCCS are vital qualifications for this position.Role Overview Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Accounting Manager, youll play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our companys financial operations to promote growth and financial health. Your key responsibilities includeFinancial Oversight and Cost ManagementSupervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Manage costrelated aspects and ensure compliance with tax planning, especially under maquiladora arrangements.Monthend and Yearend ReportingEnsure accurate and timely closure and reporting at both monthend and yearend.Audit SupportCollaborate in quarterly and yearend financial audits, as well as periodic internal corporate audits.Process EnhancementEvaluate and enhance current practices in coordination with the manufacturing team.Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.Financial Statement AnalysisUtilize analytical skills to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to business results.Ad Hoc SupportCollaborate with the dynamic team to offer support to the manufacturing team.Conduct ad hoc analysis and undertake various projects as required by local and corporate leadership.Staff DevelopmentTake a lead role in staff development, including performance management, goalsetting, and ongoing training.Foster strong employee relationships to ensure a cohesive and effective team.Bolsa de trabajo México ofrecemos puesto de Contador Publico para el sector de Otros en la empresa Rinvio de Juárez.
