We are looking for our new Content Manager who will play a key role in our team. We imagine you as someone passionate about Content and everything digital. You will be responsible for developing content strategy for different accounts, working together with copywriters and designers to ensure brand consistency.

What you will be doing 🚀

• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Collaborate with different areas and design teams to plan and develop content materials.
• Create and publish engaging content.
• Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts.
• Liaise with content writers and designers to ensure brand consistency
• Use content management systems to understand and analyze engagement metrics.
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms.
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board.
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
• Provide recommendations to other teams on content
• Identify optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain content governance, standards, and best practices.

You will rock as this role if you have 💥

• BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience as a Content Manager
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with Social Media
• Understanding of Marketing Personas through research, GA Analytics, social media profiles, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Ability to manage priorities and work with tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Good organisational and time-management skills
