Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for develop and implement a culture of Continuous Improvement through the application of management tools. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

01.- Maintain a clear vision that the goal to achieve is Continuous Improvement.

02.- Achieve the objectives set by management in search of Operational Excellence.

03.- Involve staff by creating a management and approach philosophy, developing the Culture of Continuous Improvement.

04.- Form a team with the Plant staff to establish goals and objectives.

05.- Manage and teach by example the theoretical and practical tools to achieve objectives.

06.- Plan and organize events aimed at achieving Continuous Improvement.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

Industrial engineering completed or completed

5 years of previous experience in a similar position

Sig sigma black belt certification
