  2. Takes ownership of research, adept at gathering pertinent information from various sources, meticulously reviewing and extracting necessary data, contextualizing analysis, and applying findings effectively.

  3. Develops training programs for plant personnel focused on problem-solving tools.

  4. Leads strategic development for Lean Six Sigma deployment, fostering organizational consensus and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. Establishes reporting structures to track improvement results and ensure alignment with business objectives, while cultivating relationships with senior management to prioritize goals.

  5. Expert in methodologies, guiding organizational growth in root cause recognition and sustainable solution implementation, particularly utilizing the DMAIC method.

Black Belt Certification|Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience utilizing six sigma tools and methodologies within a LEAN manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Master Black Belt.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical application of LEAN principles, process improvement techniques, structured problem-solving methodologies, core tools, Opex, Red-X, Deming Cycle, and TQM tools.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivering tangible results.
  • Demonstrated strategic business acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Exceptional team facilitation skills with a collaborative work style.
  • Previous experience in building and motivating teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities and adeptness as a change agent.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to establish credibility.
  • Capable of overcoming obstacles through positive facilitation, teamwork, and influencing others by fostering and maintaining relationships.
