Resumen:
The Key Account Manager oversees building and maintaining relationships with key accounts worldwide and will be responsible for developing the management and administration of all business processes related to the execution of Capital Projects. For example, the Key Account Manager will partner with technical project managers to create direct allocations, purchase requisitions, asset tables, execute purchase orders, receive goods, and process invoices. In addition, the Key Account Manager will ensure timely revisions of all project-related financials, such as but not limited to cash flows, capitalization milestones, completion projections, project closeouts, importation, and miscellaneous project updates. This position will report directly to the Senior Business Manager of Engineering, Automation, and Digitalization. The Manager must have a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and business acumen to navigate across functional teams and achieve outstanding results.

Responsabilidades:
1 Responsible for the program management and prioritization of all Key Account projects and initiatives, from the project kickoff to implementation.
2 Responsible for defining, managing, and monitoring best repeatable practices for Key Accounts.
3 Must have the ability to utilize CMiC, SAP, and other company programs to ensure complete and accurate data.
4 Participate and assist in defining contract preferred milestones, payment schedules, payment terms, etc., with the Vendor, Project Management, and the Contract Coordinator.
5 Process and control contracts, change orders, direct allocations, purchase requisitions, asset tables, and purchase orders in CMiC and follow through with the entire process.
6 Manage and optimize a cost review and manage variances between documents.
7 Review forecasting and cash flow according to the project and contract conditions.
8 Process Key Account Vendor Invoices, Progress Payments, and First payments and ensure they are under contractual conditions. 9 Process Good Receipts in CMiC.
10 Assist and track foreign importation shipments’ coordination and import process.
11 Manage importation and financial reporting to ensure the project schedule is maintained.
12 Maintain Importation Schedule and communicate to all relevant parties.
13 Close out purchase orders and projects by ensuring that any remaining amounts are zero and the assets reflect the dollar or scope change.
14 Identify opportunities to add content, value, and capabilities to our program.
15 Provide monthly updates to Key Account Vendors.
16 Provide monthly updates to Key Account Vendors.
17 Develop, manage, and maintain positive and productive vendor relationships.
18 Focus on customer service and delivering against the brewery’s needs to maintain operational excellence. (For all locations.)
