Main Purpose: Reports directly to the Nestle Communication Sr. Manager, dotted to the Nescafe Dolce Gusto Marketing Head; coordinate the strategy for all communications narratives ensuring that we consistently articulate NDG’s mission and vision and will be working closely with the community Manager as part of the team
Responasabilities:
- Provides strategic communication advice among different touchpoints (Internal /External), according to Brand Building and Media (Offline/Online) framework to be executed; bringing a positive return of investment
- Coordinate media and Advertising agencies budget to provide effective tools ; guarantee Agencies performance.
- Devise and implement excellent internal and external communications strategies focused on telling stories around our Nescafe Dolce Gusto system, our machines/Portfolio varieties and the Brand purpose/experiences.
- Accountable to build our Social Media Community behind disruptive communication leading the community manager and advertising agency to drive relevant content.
- Maintain positive share of voice and media sentiment to continuously shape and manage the brand reputational and positive impact scores.
