Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are
- Coordination and monitoring of the process of development and approval non-promotional materials for consumer or HCPs. (HealthCare Professionals)
- Support in monitoring launch readiness activities for S-DAC (Micro-Battle plan, action tracker, team reviews)
- Support in the preparation of DD, TPO and contracts for EE such as HCP, patients, influencers, societies or other strategic partnerships.
- Tracking of Purchase Orders and follow up to be on track of planned.
- Support to marketing in the execution of launch events
- Lead the launch KPIs dashboard
- Coordination and monitoring of agencies media plan implementation (media plan, web site actualization)
- Material Tracker (re-approvals, content waves)
Why you?
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- University Degree in a Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related careers
- 2+ years of experience as Marketing Analyst, Coordinator or Associate
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience working with Office, Outlook, Teams
Preferred Qualifications: However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
- Digital Marketing Specialist experience.
- Pharmaceutical o Massive Consumer industry experience.
