Requisitos indispensables:
- Grado de Ingenieria
- Perfil con + de 10 años de experiencia operativa y 4-5 años de experiencia en coordinación en el área de Fluidos de Perforación.
- Conocimiento técnico de los servicios de la PL
- Mantenimiento de los equipos
- Disponibilidad de radicar en Poza Rica o Reynosa
- Habilidades comerciales en operaciones y administración
- Facilidad de palabra
- Manejo de personal
- Liderazgo
- Pensamiento lógico y de planificación
- Ingles avanzado
