What the role is //
Finance Analyst will help with the works in collaboration with the Finance Department. This position will report directly to the Head of the department and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility.
What you will be doing //
Payments to credit card suppliers:
PO billing process
Generate automatic accounting
Prepares details of 14 corporate Credit cards
Posted through Journal entry.
Verifies if prepaid recognition applies
Check if it is ICO
Record of provisions
Reconciliation of 14 credit cards
Fixed Assets
Record purchase of assets
Depreciate according to assets and prepare reconciliation of the Fixed Assets account.
Prepare credit card provision account reconciliation
Preparation of the Prepaid Analysis account
Web expenses payments:
Administrator of Webex
Creates and provides support to users
Maintenance of entities
Reviews claims
Reviews accounts
Reviews departments
Invoice review
Interphase between Web expenses and NS
Account reconciliation in Webex
Reviews and updates SOP for Webex
What do you need for the role:
- Previous Experience in Administrative Roles
- Understanding of hospitality industry preferred
- Word/excel/PowerPoint knowledge
- SUPER organized
- Able to deal with many responsibilities under pressure
- Flexible availability
- Adaptable: comfortable with last minute changes
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Great communication skills
