ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement Gathering:
- Participate in the workshop/meetings and review the points/minutes discussed during all Workshop calls/Preparation calls, etc.
- Review the documents prepared by Functional team
- Market walk through of the Blue-print and secure the Market User sign-off
- Functional Testing:
- Identify end to end functional test scenarios by working with market users and provide the test scenarios to Testing team
- Review the Test Plan prepared by Testing team
- Supervise system testing, integration testing and drive the UAT session with the end-users and process owners.
- Execute end to end functional testing to make sure integrated solution is working in preparation for QA testing.
- Review the test case result documents and coordinate with clients and get the test results sign off from UAT testing
- Stakeholder Management

- Schedule & conduct discussion with market users to evaluate the requirements during the Design phase
