Your role at Clorox:

Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills. Apply payments, make credit notes, generate claims, analyze portfolio and generate action plans for balance recovery.

In this role, you will:

• The duties include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining up to date carrying out payment applications, issuing tax documents such as credit notes, payment complements, uploading invoices to customer portals as well as claims.
• Provide customer internal/external service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and payments.
• Prepare and submit outstanding receivables report, recognizing trends for non- payment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners.
• Analyzes and researches customer's receivables account delinquency and determines the type of communication method to facilitate payment.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales team and/or other business áreas as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• 2-4 years FMCG Collections experience in Retail, Clubs and Wholesalers channels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SAP
• Knowledge of OTC process.
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Workplace type:

Hybrid, 3 times in office, 2 times home office.
