Our strong cultural values and never-stop-learning philosophy make us a unique place to work and develop your full potential.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs Credit & Collection Analyst you support the Credit and Collections Coordinator to maintain control and organization of the client base according to each client's payment terms, additionally planning and executing collections for all types of clients. The position collaborates closely with various internal partners in the department of project, sales, warehouse, and service.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESRequest credit reports to Dun BradstretControl and administration of client base (verification of informacion and correct invoicing)Apply payments, conduct invoicing and re-invoicing, as well as emission of payment receiptsPlanning and execution of collections strategy (identify high-risk clients and take timely actions)SAP Management (FICO) and bank transfers and conciliationsCollaborate and coordinate internally with project team, sales team, warehouse and service department.EXPERIENCE1-3 years in Credit and Collections, accounting, business administration, preferably in the automotive industry.KNOWLEDGEMS Office SAP proficiencyEnglish- Advanced level spoken and written.EDUCATIONUniversity degree in finance, accounting, international business, business administration or related.COMPETENCIESPrecision and attention to detailCritical thinking and analysisContinuous learningSelf-leadershipProactivityGrowth MindsetAUTHORITYReporting to: Credit and Collections Coordinator
