We are looking our next Credit Specialist!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform and coordinate collection activities perform by credit team, assuring proper follow-up is in place and organizing and leading cash calls in the format agreed with the business, focusing on the top past due customers.
• Serve as a key member of Credit and Collection team and provide end-to-end credit solutions to internal and external clients.
• Give advice to the team on solution of complex issues, providing guidance and being the last contact before further escalation.
• Act as main point of contact and information between Credit Operations team and the Business Credit Managers
• Establish and maintain regular interaction with CSRs to deal with customer accounts’ significant issues (TOP’s, disputes, or any other)
• Provide detailed information on reasons for overdues at month-end, actions taken and path forward for permanent resolution.
• Perform disputes analysis and work with CSR team and Sales team to resolve the most important items.
• Identifying recurrent slow payers and finding roots cause of delays, proposing solution and following up on each case.
• Ensure the compliance of credit process with applicable policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• MBA graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Credit Management or Accounts Receivable area.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and email programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
