Activities
This position develops and is to be inside of the customer office
Keeping in touch with customer after sales activity, in order to start the Cross Border Truck shipment’s coordination
Constant comunicaction with selected carrier for shipment
Keeping continuous tracking report and send it by e-mail to customer
Dealing every day with carriers in order to provide the fastest solution to our customer about day to day problems.
Dealing with nominated Customs Broker to successfully clearing customs process for our customer.
To have a good communication and business relationship with customer and carriers.
Becoming a link between our Cross Dock Warehouse (Laredo TX) and customer
