Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • Manage and control the correct documentation and accounting of concentrate purchases between Ireland & PMF ($1,722 MM LC monthly).
  • Ensure payments are applied according to Pepsico policies and procedures with treasury and accounts payable teams.
  • Manage, analyze and ensure the correct accounting of COGS associated with the production process in concentrate model (RM, SF & FG), through monitoring and control of accounting made in the 11 plants with concentrate consumption. ($1,799 MM LC monthly)
  • Accounting of markup eliminations in consolidation entity for sales to third parties and consumptions. ($1,752 MM LC monthly)
  • Calculation and Integration of COGS for semi-finished products sales process with Guatemala (Annual value $589 MM LC.)
  • Ensuring the correct execution and certification of I2C controls - Reconciliation of FH and FF Inventories

Your Impact

As a Acctg Ops Sr Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Ensuring correct accounting records in Inventory and Cost accounts.
  • Integration and analysis of monthly flavors purchases.
  • Ensuring correct execution payment process for accounts payable with Ireland.
  • Inventories rotation analysis (RM/SF).
  • Accounting in consolidation entity - markup eliminations
  • Monthly update of COGS base (new keys and old keys)
  • Calculation of PMF value of concentrate inventories.
  • Costing in production with concentrate consumption
  • Revaluation of PT with concentrate consumption
  • Monitoring and validation of PT Outputs with concentrate consumption
  • Ensure correct costing in double processes (manufacturing-copackers)
  • Monitoring and registration of credit memo for quality samples.
  • Ensure the correct execution of controls throughout the operational and accounting process, guaranteeing the control framework through their execution.
  • Monthly update of purchases FCST for P&L and VAT processes
  • Monitoring of import registration for VAT calculation.
  • Coordination with NOC team for closing of production orders.
  • Monitoring of freight provision with International Trade team.
  • Management of closing calendars with different teams.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Administration/Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in costs and/or accounting in manufacturing companies.
  • Intermediate-advanced level of English (written and understood).
  • Knowledge and management of SAP system.
  • Skills in teamwork and interaction with other areas.
  • Agile problem resolution.
  • Agenda management (prioritization skills)
  • Effective communication
  • Intermediate-advanced excel skills.
