- You are partly responsible for developing and implementing all strategic and operational trade marketing activities for the dairy & cheese category at the retailer. These activities arise from the category vision you have developed, insights generated from the shopping consumer (the shopper) and identified opportunities or threats for both the retailer and FrieslandCampina.
- You are partly responsible for jointly developing and implementing a category plan (A-brand & Retail Brands) with the retailer, in line with FrieslandCampina's strategy, the retailer's formula strategy and objectives. All customer shopper activities must lead to a more strategic and externally oriented (trade) marketing policy, which is central to the long-term growth strategy within FrieslandCampina (“outside in”).
- You think strategically within the retail objectives of the category plan and are a full sparring partner (trusted advisor) to realize category growth, with the aim of creating disproportionate growth for FrieslandCampina.
- You are an internal expert in the category area (figures/strategy) resulting in stronger applied retailer plans from FrieslandCampina. You are partly responsible for promoting FrieslandCampina externally as a category expert.

You strategically contribute to the retail objectives of the category plan and act as a sparring partner (trusted advisor) to achieve category growth, aiming to create disproportionate growth for RFC for all 6 categories; You are an internal expert in the category field (numbers/strategy), resulting in stronger applied retailer plans from RFC. The CCM shares responsibility for externally portraying RFC as a category expert
