- Organize and plan low complexity projects
- Manage budget, project schedule, risk & opportunities and Variation Orders & Claims
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Project margin deviation during execution
- Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer
- Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.
- Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting).
- Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant (Internal Kick off meeting)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and good knowledge of Schneider Equipment
- Project Management skills (Tools, knowledge of economics in project business, ....)
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering
- +2 years of experience
- Advanced English to establish technical conversations with native speakers in the English language
- Supplier management knowledge
- Customer service
- Communication skills
