As Customer Relationship Manager you will lead the execution of the commercial strategy for retail market through wholesalers and integrated pharmacy chains, innovation with integrity is a key success factor in the commercial area, this role is key to support business plan targets of the affiliate and support the success of new launches.

Key responsibilities
• Lead business and operational results through negotiation, strategic analysis and people management
• Meet distribution strategy with business needs & compliance
• Provide strategic guidance from the channel to the business (Sales, marketing and finance).
• Effectively communicate ideas and influence others to accomplish challenging goals, towards sustainable business results
• Maintain a solid relationship with our customers to ensure KPI's in range from distributors in the market, such as service level to the customers, product availability in the market and avoid overstocks (O2C process) through positive influence and robust negotiation leverage
• Lead commercial and access strategies within the channel, from a risk and finance perspective (Audit, Revenue recognition & reimbursements)
• Comply with FRAP, SOX and internal compliance and legal requirements.
• Broad-based administrative support experience to comply with policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in negotiation and strategic analysis (Desirable)
• SAP and power BI knowledge (desirable)
